Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for VAT upon the order's arrival at the destination.

When will my products ship?

We try to ship out our products in a timely manner, within 2-3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be in re-sellable condition. Product must be unused, with tags still attached, and in original packaging. Once received, the product cost will be refunded within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.

How do I care for my pack?

Spot clean with detergent soap and water, then hang dry. Machine washing or drying is not recommended, and damage from improper care is not covered by warranty.
