What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be in re-sellable condition. Product must be unused, with tags still attached, and in original packaging.
Once received, the product cost will be refunded within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.

How Do I Care For My Pack?
The pack should be spot cleaned with detergent soap and water, and hang dried.
It should not be machine washed or dried. Any damage due to care cannot be covered by our warranty.
