1. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 5-year warranty on all manufacturing defects for packs Our products are designed for extreme conditions and stand by their durability. To submit a warranty request, please use our contact form.

2. What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be in re-sellable condition, meaning unused, with tags still attached, and in original packaging. Once received, the product cost will be refunded within 3-5 days.

3. How do I make a return?

To request a return, please email info@tantrums.run.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for VAT upon the order's arrival at the destination.

5. How should I clean my pack?

The pack should be spot cleaned with soap and water. It should not be machine washed.

6. Where are your products manufactured?

Our packs are made in Vietnam at Pungkook, one of the best pack factories in the world.
